University of Tulsa now offering real estate courses

TULSA, Okla. — The University of Tulsa is now offering real estate courses and even a minor in the subject.

The real estate minor is a 12 hour program for students who want to focus on the areas of real property and real estate finance, the university said on its website.

Enrollment in the minor is open to students of any major, but students outside of college of business may have to take prerequisite courses to complete the minor.

Finance Professor Dr. Meagan McCollum helped lead the launch of the real estate minor.
