Tulsa police arrest man for shooting woman in head in east Tulsa

TULSA, Okla. — UPDATE (11/10/22 8:40 A.M.) — Tulsa police said 19-year-old Aliza Crook was pronounced dead on Wednesday after she was shot in the head around 6:30 p.m. Sunday near Interstate 44 and South Garnett Road.

Police said 30-year-old Rahmon Macon was arrested by detectives and FBI agents on Tuesday and faces federal charges of murder in Indian Country.

Tulsa police are investigating after a woman was shot in east Tulsa.

On Sunday night, police were seen at a shopping center near East 21st Street and Interstate 44.

Police said a woman was shot but was still alive after the shooting.

They also said they don’t think the shooting happened at the shopping center.
