POLICE: Brothers arrested, 3rd man sought after deadly north Tulsa shooting

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police identified the third suspect in Thursday’s homicide in north Tulsa and are asking for the public’s help locating him.

Noah Crisman is wanted by police after Thursday night’s shooting near North Harvard Avenue and East Admiral Court that left one man dead.

The Tulsa Police Department arrested James Leiter and Christopher Leiter in connection to the deadly north Tulsa shooting on Thursday.

Brothers James and Christopher were booked shortly after midnight on Friday on first degree murder charges.

According to the affidavit, James and Christopher arranged a drug deal that was going to happen at a house near North Harvard Avenue and East Admiral Court on May 23.

The two brothers arrived in two separate vehicles and parked on the street before a third individual approached James’ vehicle.

The affidavit said James gave the drugs to the third individual who in turn gave James money. After this, James realized the third individual had given him fake money. James then told Christopher, who was parked behind him, to ‘get him.’

The third individual then ran towards the house and shot at James and Christopher. Christopher then shot 10 times into the home, which was occupied by five people.

According to the affidavit, the homicide victim was inside the home and not involved in the drug deal. He was just visiting a friend when Christopher shot at the home and was shot in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:07 p.m.

James and Christopher drove away from the scene in their vehicles which were caught on video surveillance.

Around 7 p.m., the brothers returned to the area of the crime in one of the two suspect vehicles that had been identified.
