Tulsa police arrest 'most wanted'

Tulsa is having great success in getting its 'most wanted' off the streets.

Yesterday police arrested Dejuan Price.

He was spotted walking near 63rd and South Peoria just before 3am Sunday.

“When officers confronted him, he initially gave officers a bogus name.  We were able to identify who he was and then we made the arrest,” says Tulsa Officer Leland Ashley.

Price is accused of shooting at a woman in early December near Garnett and 36th.

Police say the victim was putting up Christmas lights and got into an argument with Price's aunt and then Price showed up.

“He started arguing with the victim and then produced a handgun and fired several rounds at her residence hitting the front storm door and other parts of the house,” says Ashley.

Ashley says the woman and a 2 year old who was asleep were not injured.

Price is charged with five felonies including shooting with intent to kill.
