SQ 820: Find your polling place & view sample ballot

The special election to decide if recreational marijuana will become legal in Oklahoma is today.

SQ 820 would legalize the use of marijuana for adults 21 and up.

If passed, the state would collect a 15% excise tax on recreational marijuana.

The polls will be open 7 am. to 7 p.m.
