OK Senate bill would alter new liquor law

OKC, Okla. — An effort is underway to amend Oklahoma's new liquor laws.

A local liquor distributor says the new law has cost him one-hundred million dollars.

State Senate Bill 608 would amend part of the law that allowed major brand distributors to come into Oklahoma pushing out local distributors.

The new law is also affecting the beers you can buy in stores.

The bill passed a House committee Tuesday and will go to the full House.
