PSO power outage to be restored by 9:30 Monday morning

Tulsa, Okla. — Just 90 PSO customers remain without power Monday morning. The outage was caused by some equipment failure at 4 a.m. Nearly 1,300 customers were without electricity at first. The affected area is near 41st and Harvard. We're told power should be restored to the affected customers by 9:30 a.m.
