President Donald Trump plans Tulsa rally

TULSA — President Donald Trump told reporters Wednesday that he’s planning a rally in Tulsa next Friday, June 19.

KRMG confirmed Thursday that the rally will be held at the BOK Center at 8pm.

This is his first rally since March in North Carolina due to the coronavirus.

KRMG crews will be at the rally with live reports from beginning to end.

Mayor G.T. Bynum tweeted, “In Tulsa, we protect the free and peaceful exchange of ideas. We did it during the last two weeks of protests, and we will do it during the President’s visit to Tulsa next week. We will also continue to follow the State of Oklahoma’s guidelines for a safe reopening.”
