A wife is afraid for her life.

So much so, Bixby police say she told her daughter to quickly hide "because dad has a gun!"

The call went out around 12:46 a.m. on Saturday at a home near 111th and Memorial.

Andrew Houdashelt is accused of assaulting and threatening to shoot and kill his wife.

The suspect told officers he and his wife had been in an argument while drinking.  Police say he wouldn't confirm threatening or assaulting his wife.

Officers found a gun in his vehicle matching the one the wife said was used by her husband to threaten her.

Houdashelt is currently in the Tulsa County Jail.  He faces a count of assault with a deadly weapon and threatening a violent act.
