TULSA — Tulsa police arrested Jeremiah Hobbs after they say he fell through the ceiling at a convenience store near 31st and 129th Wednesday morning.
Police believe Hobbs entered the building through a hole he made in the roof.
Officer shot him with pepper balls before hosing him down to go to jail.
He was arrested on three counts of burglary and one count of obstructing justice.
