Suspect needs to find new line of work

If you've been busted for the same crime over 30 times, it would be in your best interest to try something else.

However, 40-year-old Roderick Frierson hasn't learned that lesson and now finds himself back in jail. Broken Arrow police tell us Frierson attempted to use a forged prescription at a Walmart recently, but failed.

He didn't let that stop him.

“He returned to the same store a day later,” police said.  “That doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.”

Frierson was denied the second time as well.

This is hardly Frierson's first time getting busted for forged prescriptions. Department of Corrections reports 33 entries for forged prescriptions and mugshots going back 18 years.

Frierson was let out of prison less than a year ago, after serving time for forged prescriptions.
