How to vote in March 7th special election on SQ 820

On March 7th, Oklahoma voters will decide whether or not recreational marijuana will become legal.

State Question 820 would allow people 21 and older to use marijuana without a medical license. If passed, marijuana would be subject to quantity limits, safety standards and other requirements.

If you requested an absentee ballot and plan to take it to the election board yourself, you must deliver it before 5 p.m. on the day before election day. The Tulsa County Election Board said voters can only deliver their own ballot and will be required to show I.D.

If you’re mailing your absentee ballot, it must be received by the election board by 7 p.m. on election day.
