Convicted rapist messages child from Oklahoma prison

It's a disturbing story out of Muskogee County involving an inmate at Jess Dunn Correctional Center and an underage girl.

The Department of Corrections tells us Jesse McFadden is accused of using a cell phone to exchange nude photos and videos with the girl. He was hiding the phone under a notebook.

One resident we spoke to says she knows what should happen next.

“I would be kicking his (cuss word) in prison,” the resident said.  “Sorry for cussing.”

McFadden was busted when the girl's grandfather contacted authorities about the inappropriate messages.

For reference, McFadden was found guilty of a 2003 rape in Pittsburg County.
