Build tornado shelters under highway overpasses? It's a thought

Several drivers caught in the Moore tornado didn't survive.

One man has an idea to keep that from happening again.

Scott Lobaido is an artist who wants to turn the area underneath bridge overpasses into concrete and steel reinforced tornado shelters.

Lobaido says its a perfect spot with access from above and below.
