Tulsa County authorities say second suspect faces charges for double murder

TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) said a second suspect is facing charges for a double murder that happened in January.

“Regardless of who pulled the trigger, in the state of Oklahoma if you participate in a homicide of an individual, you are also charged with felony murder, so regardless of who pulled the trigger they’re both responsible for the death of these two individuals and we want justice for these victims,” said Casey Roebuck with TCSO.

TCSO said detectives are asking for the public’s help to find 39-year-old Rodney “Lucky” Williams.

“Because of the violence in this case and the brutality that was involved we think it’s important that we track him down and try to get him in custody as quick as we can,” Roebuck said.

Williams faces two charges of first-degree murder in the deaths of Tiffany Sheets Culkins and Harry “Leroy” McElfresh, who were found shot to death on Jan. 5.

The first suspect, Roger “C-Note” Jackson Jr., was arrested by TCSO on Jan. 13.

TCSO asks anyone with information about Williams to call them at 918-596-5600.

“He is a suspect in a brutal double murder of two people so based on that alone lets us know he is known to be armed and that he’s incredibly dangerous. That’s why we want the public to be on the lookout. If you come into contact with this gentleman we don’t want anyone to do anything extreme or be a hero, we want them to give us a call so we can intervene and take him into custody,” Roebuck said.
