Woman accused of child abuse in front of deputies at court house

Tulsa, Okla. — An angry woman is accused of shaking her baby because her cell phone was missing outside the Tulsa County court house. Deputies tell us they saw Kenisha Richardson mistreating the baby on Friday. Deputies say, they intervened and forcefully took the child from Ms. Richardson who was arrested at the scene. We're told Richardson had left the phone inside her car.
