Suspected: Son shoots father in back during dispute

Tulsa, Okla. — A shooting victim is taken to the hospital and Tulsa police are asking the neighbors for information.

TPD Capt. Malcolm Wightman told KRMG, “The incident appears to have arisen out of a family dispute. The victim was the father of the shooter. The shooter is also an adult.”

We're told the victim had been shot in the back inside a house near 3700 East 101 Street Wednesday night around 9:15.

He was taken to the hospital by a private vehicle.

The accused shooter has been identified as 26-year old Zachary Larry (shown).

He was arrested on a complaint of shooting with intent to kill.
