TULSA — Both directions of the Broken Arrow Expressway were closed Tuesday afternoon around 3:00 after a major crash.
Broken Arrow Police say a flat bed truck crashed and caught fire near Elm Place.
The truck was carrying a large tank of oil-based sealant, which spilled onto the highway.
Firefighters worked to clean the roadway so lanes could be opened for rush hour.
Drivers encountered major traffic delays during rush hour.
The driver of the flatbed suffered a broken arm, but officers told KRMG he will be okay.
