BA’s Rose District picked as one of 50 ‘Charming Main Streets’

Broken Arrow's popular Rose District is getting national attention.

USA Today just picked it as one of the 50 Charming Main Streets across the USA, the only one in Oklahoma to get that distinction from the newspaper.

Certainly, people around here like it, judging from the fact that all the current storefronts are occupied and they're expanding the district further down the street.

Also tax revenue generated from the businesses in the Rose District has jumped from $11,000 a year five years ago to more than $400,000 last year.
