Oklahoma officer accused of supplying a minor with beer

A Sallisaw police officer is accused of supplying alcohol to a minor.

OSBI say a warrant was issued on Thursday and signed on Friday for the arrest of Lieutenant John Weber.

He turned himself in on Friday.

OSBI say he's accused of providing 3.2 beer to a minor.  No word on how he knew the minor.

Sequoyah County Sheriff's office asked OSBI to investigate the case after they received complaints regarding the officer.
