OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt took the oath of office Monday during a ceremony on the south steps of the State Capitol.
Former Gov. Mary Fallin was one of five former governors who attended the event.
Republican Gov. Stitt is a 46-year-old businessman from Tulsa.
Stitt promised to use his business sense to make state government more transparent and fiscally sound. H
He'll outline his agenda in a State of the State address on February 4th.
