Oklahoma motocross racer wins big in France

Jesse Flock is the 14-year-old motocross star from Adair who is in France this week where he won a gold medal representing USA at a MX Masters Tournament.

“This is pretty much what I do all day, every day. I’ve been training hard and a lot and it just kind of all led up to getting the gold,” Flock said.

As crazy as it is, Flock was lucky to get the tournament invite in the first place.

“I was invited as a fill-in for another kid that got hurt,” Flock said.

He dominated the other 31 racers in the championship race and kept the lead the whole time.

“I was actually at a loss for words and had tears in my eyes,” said mother, Tanya Flock.

Jesse said when he returns to Oklahoma he’s going to enjoy it for a few days while he cleans up his bikes. Then it’s on to the next event in Tennessee.
