Mom beats child with broomstick after child finds porn on mom's cell phone

A girl finds porn on her mom's phone and ends up bloodied on the front porch.

It happened over the weekend in Sperry.

Officers arrived to find the girl crying on the front, covered in blood. She says she got into an argument with her mom and her mom hit her with a broomstick.

Once the officers went inside the house, they found three children without food and an infant without formula. Frank Deshazer, 49, and Tammy Jo Deshazer, 50, were arrested on child neglect charges.

Tammy Deshazer was also arrested for domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor and three counts of child neglect.

Frank Deshazer was arrested for obstructing justice and resisting arrest.
