Man in ICU after fight for cutting in line at Oktoberfest

Tulsa — Tulsa police say a man is in critical condition after a fight at Oktoberfest early Sunday morning.

The fight started when the victim cut in line at the shuttle at River West Festival Park.

Police say the victim was confronted by a woman. Her boyfriend, Bryce Eitel, stepped in and punched the man.

The victim was knocked to the ground when police say Eitel kept punching him.

Officers say the victim has several broken bones and possibly a brain bleed.

Eitel was arrested for aggravated assault and battery.
