Head-on collision in south Tulsa injures two drivers

Tulsa, Okla. — Two drivers are injured in a head-on collision on South Mingo Road near East 75th Street.

A woman was driving northbound on Mingo Road at 1:30 a.m. Thursday when another driver veered into the path of her car.

The collision caused the northbound driver to spin around facing south.

She was taken to the hospital for treatment to a non life-threatening head injury.

Police believe she was driving under the influence of alcohol. We're told that she had left a bar.

The other driver was treated at the scene for a leg injury.
