Drivers frustrated as more GM recalls are announced

GM announced Wednesday 218,000 Aveos model years 2004-2008 are recalled.

The cars are said to have a problem with one of the dashboard lights. The light can overheat and could possible cause a fire.

On Tuesday, May 20, GM recalled about 2.42 million vehicles for four separate issues.

GM says it has added 35 product investigators since the beginning of 2014 and has initiated 29 safety and non-compliance recalls in the states so far this year.

GM says there have been no fatalities associated with the latest recalls. KRMG reached out to GM for a comment, but did not get a response.
