Booming Business: Two new restaurants open in Jenks

JENKS, Okla. — Two Oklahoma City-based restaurants are opening locations in Green Country.

Hatch Early Mood Food opened its doors in Jenks on Monday. The restaurant offers a modern take on brunch and includes cocktails, espresso, and unique twists on popular breakfast favorites.

Business is booming in Jenks, and Hatch’s GM, Teesa Bittinger is thrilled to open in a growing community.

“It brings life to Jenks. I feel like Jenks needed us, and I feel like we needed Jenks. This is such a quaint community. I came from a small town like Jenks, and it’s nice to see brand new life thriving in the area,” said Bittinger.

Sidecar Barley & Wine Bar is also opening a location in Jenks. It will be the second location in Green Country, with the first location standing over Cherry Street.

Sidecar is known for its large wine list, luxurious environment, and live music. “When you think Sidecar, you think rooftop patio bar, killer cocktails, and awesome vibes,” said GM James Takahata.

Both restaurants are located near the Riverfront. Hatch is on the first floor, while Sidecar takes over the second.
