Tulsa police make an arrest in a road rage with a knife case

TULSA — Police say FLOCK cameras helped them track down Vincent Rea-Smith during a traffic stop in south Tulsa.

Officers were called to 51st and Memorial Friday after a driver says Rae-Smith got out at a stop light and began punching and kicking his car.

The victim said Rea-Smith was holding a hunting knife and threatening to kill him.

Then, the victim says the same thing happened again at another stop light two miles away, but he was able to get away after pulling into a fast-food restaurant.

Rea-Smith was arrested during a traffic stop in south Tulsa for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Threatening a Violent Act.
