Man busted for drugs, engaging in prostitution

Wed, March 8, 2017 — A 27-year-old man messaged the wrong person recently, regarding marijuana.

KRMG’s told Nicholas Berry messaged an undercover officer through an unidentified social media app.  Berry allegedly asked how much marijuana the undercover officer needed.

His bad luck didn’t end there.

“Berry reached out to officer (redacted) again,” Tulsa police said.  “Officer (redacted) agreed to have sex with Berry in exchange for two grams of marijuana.”

Once the marijuana was passed over, Berry was arrested.  He’s been booked into the Tulsa County Jail on counts of engaging in prostitution and possession of marijuana with intent.
