TULSA, Okla. — A man sits in the Tulsa County Jail, accused of attempting to flee from police.

Tulsa police arrested 21-year-old Haeden Greenlee on Tuesday.

According to a police report, two Tulsa officers who were patrolling the Savanna Landing apartments, and noticed Greenlee’s car with a license plate that didn’t match the 2009 Mercedes he was driving. The tag, instead, was registered to a 2007 Nissan.

Officers chased after Greenlee and were able to get him into handcuffs. However, when escorting him to a vehicle, police say Greenlee tried running away for a second time while still in handcuffs. Officers were able to chase him down after a shorter pursuit.

The two officers attempted to approach Greenlee, but say he ran once he noticed their uniforms.

Once Greenlee was in custody, officers began a search of the car, during which police say multiple guns and drugs were discovered.
