UPDATE: Police ID woman killed in downtown Tulsa drive-by

TPD: Shots fired from another vehicle,'missed passenger, struck driver'

Original: Tulsa police are investigating the motive for a fatal drive-by shooting.

The shooting took place near Third and Houston Streets in downtown Tulsa about 9 p.m. Thursday.

A 19-year old Hispanic woman was shot to death while driving with a passenger described by police as her boyfriend.

Tulsa Police Corporal Darin Filak said, "They were just driving down the street and a car pulled up next to them and opened fire, missed the passenger and struck the driver."

We're told police are interviewing possible witnesses.
