Two men are hospitalized in critical condition after being shot inside a vehicle.
Tulsa police tell us the victims were shot outside a strip mall, just east of Mingo Road on the south side of 31st.
"The officers are still trying to talk with witnesses and the victims to determine how the events leading up to the shooting occured," Tulsa Police Captain Mark Wollmershauer said.
No one so far has been arrested.
A witness told officers that the shooter left the scene on foot about 10:25 p.m. Tuesday.
