Shots fired into house, 42 shell casings found

TPD: Weapons were possible AK-47, hand gun, shotgun

Tulsa police recover 42 shell casings after gunfire riddles a house near North Main and East Apache Street.

We're told it's amazing that no one inside the house was injured in the shooting.

Tulsa Police Sergeant Tim Means said one of the guns "was a rifle caliber, possibly an AK-47, a handgun round and shotgun shells."

Witnesses said a small car took off from the scene after the shots were fired about 10:30 p.m. Sunday near 1900 North Cheyenne Avenue.

Police are still investigating, but so far no one has been arrested.
