Shooting victim found in street outside convenience store

TPD: Shooter ran away on foot

An argument that begins inside a Tulsa convenience store moves outdoors where one of the men is shot twice.

The shooting happened at the Haney's store near 900 East 36th Street North at 12:58 a.m. Thursday.

Tulsa Police Sergeant Brian Blair said, "Another subject chased him from the store out into the street shooting at him several times hitting him at least twice that we know of."

He is expected to recover from bullet wounds to the leg and the arm.

The victim was taken to the hospital.

We're told the shooter ran away on foot.
