Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch for sale

You'll need millions

The King of Pop’s famous 2,700-acre property comes equipped with six bedrooms, a train station, and 50-seat movie theatre.

Reports say the listing will ask $100 million for the homestead.

In its heyday, the ranch was home to Jackson and a plethora of animals, including elephants, and orangutans. It also had small versions of Jackson’s favorite Disneyland rides, and fairgrounds.

Even prospective buyers won’t have an easy time seeing the area.

All but a single llama are gone.

"Our seller is not encouraging a lot of showings," Jeffrey Hyland, of Hilton & Hyland, told Sky News. "We're not going to be giving tours."

The listing agent confirmed that information saying there would be "extensive prequalification" of any potential buyers.

Jackson paid $19.5 million for the area in 1988 but defaulted on the loan in 2008. A real estate company assisted Jackson, allowing him to remain as the owner of the property.
