Man allegedly fatally shoots his wife in Tulsa

Shooting reportedly happened during an argument

Update:  We now know the name of the man who allegedly fatally shot his wife late Saturday night.

Tulsa police say Gary Boggs was interviewed by detectives and arrested for second-degree burglary.

"The shooting occurred in the bedroom of the residence after an argument," police said.  "The argument was about going to another club after arriving home from a neighborhood bar."

KRMG's told the victim was 60-year-old.

Police say the incident happened around 11:42 p.m., near West 41st and South 37th West Ave.

"They transported her to Saint Francis where at 26 minutes past midnight on 8/28 2016, she died from those wounds," police said.

KRMG's told the unidentified husband was the one who called 911 about the shooting.

As of early Sunday morning, he was taken to the detective division for questioning.  A motive for the shooting hasn't been released.
