TFD: Flames had broken through several windows before firemen arrived

Investigators will decide what started a condominium fire near 15th and South Garnett Road.

Tulsa District Fire Chief Glenn Brigan tells us flames had broken through several windows before they arrived about 12:49 a.m. Tuesday.

Brigan said, "No one was at home at the time. We did locate two (dogs) that were upstairs, brought them out."

The residents were assisted by the Red Cross.

The four adults who lived in the condo near 10900 East 14th Street arrived home while firemen were on the scene.
