Investigators continuing to search the car

The car was found partially submurged just after 6:30 a.m. Friday morning.

Oklahoma Highway patrol troopers told KRMG news a dump truck driver spotted the vehicle and called authorities.

An inital search didn't find anyone inside, but as the car was bring towed out of the creek, the bumper fell off and the trunk popped open, revealing the body.

It appears to be a business, based in Tulsa, which offers rides and also provides notary public and court translation services to Spanish speakers.

Writng on the small silver car is in Spanish, it translates roughly to, "Road Runners court translations."

Rogers County Sheriff's Office is taking the lead on the homicide investigation, according to Chief Deputy Shane Rhames.

They are asking the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to aid with the crime scene investigation.

Because the vehicle checks back to a business located in Tulsa, Rhames told KRMG, they will also be consulting with Tulsa police detectives.

KRMG has learned a possible identity of the victim, but that has not yet been confirmed by investigators.
