Tuesday evening homicide brings yearly count to 45

Shooting victim delivered to hospital by private vehicle

Tulsa's homicide count for the year rises to 45.

A shooting victim died last night after he was brought to a hospital in a silver SUV.

We're told someone in a similar vehicle fired shots at two teenage pedestrians around 8:15 p.m. Tuesday near 1600 South 125 East Avenue, but no one was hit.

Police are questioning some individuals, but have no suspects.
