13-year-old meets accused rapist on Facebook

A 13-year-old victim's sister had to speak for her to Tulsa officers.

The victim was said to be in a catatonic state.

Police say they were told the victim met Abraham Bucio-Bucio on Facebook.

No word on how long the two spoke for, but eventually he made his way to her home.  They were inside Bucio-Bucio's truck, when he asked her to have sex.

The girl replied "no," but Bucio-Bucio is accused of not listening.  Instead, he sexually assaulted the girl.

Officers were told when Bucio-Bucio was done, he apologized.

That wasn't his only apology.

He's said to have "sent apologizes by 'Snapchat.'

Officers tracked Bucio-Bucio down and he was arrested on Monday.

Once in custody, Bucio-Bucio mentioned the victim had told him she was older.  After a short time, he confessed to knowing the girl is only 13-years-old.

He faces multiple counts including first-degree rape and lewd molestation.
