‘KRACK attack’ targets your home’s WiFi network

The latest hacking threat is aimed at your home's WiFi network.

TechCrunch.com says the KRACK vulnerability, as it's being called, has its limits.

For one thing, the hacker would have to physically be in range of your WiFi.

And the site says they could only intercept unencrypted traffic on your network.

They can't attack from miles away.

Their advice:  update your router's firmware for starters.

And then, check for security updates to any devices that are connected to your WiFi network, phones, TV’s, game systems, etc.
