TULSA, Okla. — A man was taken to the hospital after being shot outside a Tulsa apartment Saturday morning.
Police responded to the shooting just after 9 a.m. near 41st Street and South 129th East Ave.
Police said the man is in critical condition and the shooting does not appear to be random.
Police have not released a suspect description.
