Locksmith robbed during house call

One suspect had a handgun, robbed victim

A locksmith responding to unlock a vehicle becomes an armed robbery victim.

The victim was called to an apartment near West 23rd Street and Southwest Boulevard about 10:59 p.m. Tuesday.

Tulsa Police Captain Mike Eckert tells us, "When he got out to Western Pines (apartments,) he was confronted by three suspects, at least one had a handgun and he was robbed at gunpoint."

The victim described the suspects as three black males with hoodies.

Eckert tells us the victim's cell phone, wallet and some cash was taken in the robbery.

There were no injuries.
