Police reports say Sila Hans “was wearing a short dress with no underwear” when she got very personal with some outdoor furniture.
Cops were called by a Seattle woman who told them Hans, “had come onto her lawn and was ‘humping’ the lawn chairs.”
The woman told police when Hans realized the woman and her children were watching her though a window, she proceeded to expose her girly parts to them. She also relieved herself on the lawn.
Not surprisingly, cops write Hans appeared "extremely intoxicated and was displaying extremely erratic behavior." She was arrested for indecent exposure.
Hans must have thought that wasn't quite enough because the report, obtained by The Smoking Gun says she then "smacked" her genitals "with her hand multiple times," before she "bent over and exposed her bottom."
