A 2-year-old boy was recently found wandering around a Tulsa Motel 6 near I-244 and Garnett.
Employees searched for the father, Dillion Kaiser, for over an hour. It turned out, he was taking a nap in one of the rooms.
Police tell us it's fortunate the boy stayed around the motel and didn't decide to venture out onto the busy area roads.
Officers found marijuana, meth and drug paraphernalia in the room. Kaiser was arrested on child neglect and drug complaints.
"Fortunately, it worked out okay for him this time," police said. "He wasn't injured and nothing terrible happened."
The boy is now with his mother.
