21 year fugitive found on his Facebook page

Yes, he's been aarrested

Charges of aiding in the presentation of false tax returns were filed against Francisco R. Legaspi in 1992.

Then, in 1993, he didn’t show up for his court date and had been on the run ever since.

Not anymore.

The San Mateo Daily Journal says he was quickly extradited back to the United States to face charges.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports cops nabbed Legaspi in Ontario, Canada in 2012 after they found his Facebook page.

The former fugitive made his first appearance in a US court in 21 years on Tuesday.

Legaspi is now staring at several years in prison and nearly $1 million in fines.
