Tulsa, Okla. — A driver is in jail after a high-speed chase.
Police noticed Michael Delaney in the wrong lane near 21st and 101st East Avenue before 12 a.m. Wednesday, but he failed to pull over.
We’re told speeds reached 80 miles per hour during the chase.
Delaney was taken to jail in a cage inside a police car before 2 a.m.
Stop sticks flattened Delaney's tires near the Sunset Plaza Apartments downtown where he was arrested.
