An improbable-looking wreck will leave a teenaged driver with some explaining to do.
Police say the driver of the Chevy pickup was eastbound on E. 111th Street South when he swerved to miss another vehicle stopped at the light at S. Sheridan Ave.
A combination of his speed and the wet pavement led him to lose control, he left the road, hit a fence then spun onto the guy wire of a power pole.
They describe the driver as "inexperienced."
Police say no one was hurt in the incident.
PSO has reported no interruptions in service.
