Melisa Schonfield was upset at the man after a disagreement over the child he and her daughter had together.
Schonfield showed she was serious by agreeing to pay nearly $11,000 to have the man killed. The bad news for her was, she offered that cash to an undercover cop.
Police set up the meeting at a Walmart parking lot where they arrested the Brownville, New York woman.
The woman faces charges of second-degree conspiracy and second-degree criminal solicitation, but she’s already out of jail after $500,000 was posted for her release.
