Woman indicted for murder in 2003 Pawnee County death

Amanda Sanders-Bolstad accused of killing man with baseball bat

A woman, already in prison, has been indicted on first-degree murder charges.

That's according to documents unsealed by a multicounty grand jury this morning.

31 year old Amanda Sanders-Bolstad is accused of using a baseball bat to kill Heath Riley Reams in 2003.

Court documents allege the murder took place on July 26, 2003.

Reams was a 26-year-old Yale resident.

However, Reams' body has not been recovered.

Sanders-Bolstad has several previous convictions for forgery, credit card fraud and possession of methamphetamine.

Sanders-Bolstad could face the death penalty or life in prison without parole.
